1.love  enjoy和 prefer

love中文意思是爱 喜爱 喜欢

Example:

We loved the food so much，especially the fish dishes.

我们非常喜欢这些食物,尤其是那几盘鱼。

enjoy欣赏 享受 喜爱 使过得快活

Example:

He was a guy who enjoyed life to the full.

他是个尽情享受生活乐趣的人。

prefer的意思是更喜欢或者是愿意

Example:

Does he prefer a particular sort of music?

他更喜欢某种特别的音乐吗?

2.traditional food传统的食品

关于传统食品的两个短语

a traditional Chinese food一种中国的传统食品

eat traditional Chinese food吃传统的中国食品

Example:

I just don't get it why all the kids prefer western food to traditional food.

我就是不明白为什么孩子们都喜欢西方的食品

而不喜欢传统食物呢？

3.fast food快餐或者我们说是速食，比方说汉堡包、比萨饼、炸鸡等等

Example:

Many people，especially the youth and kids

 like fast foods very much，some of them even declare fast food is more tasteful than Chinese food.

4.balanced nutrition均衡的营养

balanced diet营养均衡的食谱

Example:

If you have a balanced diet，you are getting all the vitamins you need.

如果你的饮食均衡，你就能获得所需的全部的维生素。

5.treat

vt.to buy or pay for something for another person

指的是请客或者是款待

Examples:

Put your money away .I'm going to treat you( to this).

把钱收起来吧。（这次）我请你。

No ,you paid for dinner last time. This is my treat.

不，上次吃饭是你付的钱。这次我请客。
